Iwinkta is an organization that was founded in 2004 but started in the beginning of 2008 in it's current form by Iris Barkhuysen.

Iwinkta literally means 'an invitation to be a woman' and comes from the Sioux Indians. What it means to Iris is an invitation for the more feminine aspects of yourself to come forward and merge with the more masculine energy in us all.

Our society asks a lot of us nowadays. we must 'work', achieve, grow and change constantly. Iwinkta want to look at this from another point of view and would like to invite you be more conscious of the power within yourself, that is always present. A power that does not need to become something because all it's knowledge is already there within you.

Through motivational speaches, workshops and treatments Iwinkta set the goal of helping people see their full potential and dis-cover it. The products on this webshop are meant to support that process.
